Franco Dichio, Founder and President
Franco Dichio has over 25 years of new business development and executive experience with large international firms and small start-ups. Franco’s experience spans across various industry sectors including: Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, and Energy Efficiency.Prior to launching FeDi Solutions, Franco applied his entrepreneurial know-how to every aspect of running and growing business operations efficiently. He mastered his skill of improving business processes and automating all major activities involved from business development to recognizing revenue by implementing the “Quote-to-Cash” concept and creating business automation tools to meet business and productivity needs.
The various toolkits Franco has deployed have impacted: Market Analysis, Product Management, Engineering & Design, Bids & Proposals, Technical Sales Support, Customer Sales, Contract Management, Supply Chain / Forecast / Ordering, Deployment / Implementation, and Maintenance Services.
Prior to spending 8 years as an ex-patriot in Europe (Netherlands, England, Italy), Franco was responsible for International Business Management and traveled extensively to Asia-Pacific and South America.
Franco holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Annette Tassone, Ph.D., Vice President
Annette Tassone has 25 years of experience in business analysis, user experience research, usability analysis & design, and training. She is a subject matter expert in human factors research, software usability studies and user interface design.
Annette has been with FeDi Solutions since 2009 and is a results-oriented consultant with global experience in telecommunications, insurance, and financial sectors as well as working for firms specializing in customer relationship management and payroll systems. Recognized for the ability to build productive client relationships and to translate complex customer needs into effective designs, Annette has been explicitly requested by clients for follow-up assignments.
Prior to working for FeDi Solutions, Annette worked as a Lead User Experience Researcher consultant for ADP where she conducted remote user research, usability tests, facilitated redesign sessions to improve software requirements, and delivered research results to project teams providing insights into users’ perspectives, abilities, knowledge, and objectives - the voice of the customer.
Annette's background also includes senior positions at such Fortune 100 companies as Lucent Technologies, AT&T, New York Life Insurance Company and British Airways, where, among other tasks, she researched user requirements, developed and evaluated user interfaces for diverse end-users, and managed multiple design projects.
Annette has published several papers on human-computer interaction, presented at numerous conferences and received several achievement awards for her development of innovative interfaces and her visionary research advancing the importance of human factors issues in software design.
Annette is a graduate of Russell Sage College where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She earned a Master of Science degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Psychology and Human Factors from Stevens Institute of Technology.
